Proud to share Malaysia’s participation at the inaugural Australian Defence Force (ADF) Senior Enlisted Leader Symposium (SELS), held from 1–4 February 2026 at the Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA).
Hosted by the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the CDF (SEAC), the symposium centered on the theme “People and Partnerships,” bringing together senior enlisted leaders from across the ADF and international partners to discuss the strategic environment, military ethics, and the professional development of enlisted personnel.
Malaysia was represented by:
- WO1 Shahamrie Bin Abdullah, Regimental Sergeant Major of the Malaysian Army
- WO1 Mohd Rashidi bin Md Tahir, Warrant Officer of the Royal Malaysian Air Force
A valuable platform for strengthening collaboration, enhancing leadership understanding, and reinforcing the importance of people centric partnerships across the region.
